Ms. Erin

Teacher

Ms. Erin recently joined the MMP School as a primary infant teacher after receiving her RIE Training in 2024. She shares with the team her knowledge and experience, holding a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s in Psychology, and administrative EC experience. Erin has a passion for child development and a belief in the innate resilience and capabilities of young learners.

Growing up in a large military family, Erin learned the values of adaptability, perseverance, and collaboration. Her family moved to Mount Pleasant in 2008, and she is proud to call it her forever home. Inspired by her upbringing and love for developmental psychology, Erin fosters an environment where children are encouraged to explore their full potential at every stage of development. Erin is dedicated to creating a classroom environment that balances independence with collaboration. Using positive language and redirection strategies, she helps guide children through challenges while respecting their individuality.

Erin hopes her students leave her classroom with confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. She believes in the importance of surrounding children with nurturing and supportive adults who can guide them through these formative years. To parents, Erin offers this simple wisdom: trust the process of growth and development, knowing that children are more capable than we often realize.
